Presumably you mean the Blu-ray burner isn't recognised. Does Windows recognise its existence in "This PC" or Windows Explorer.
Win 10 updates cause problems with my ASUS external burner so often I have to play around to get it recognised again.
Try toggling (selecting or deselecting) "Skip drive database" in General Preferences of your DVD A S 5. If your build has "Use legacy disc drivers" in the Burning preferences, try toggling that.
You could also try if only preparing in DVD A S 5 and burning with alternative software such as ImgBurn would work.
