Activation

I’ve purchased several new computers trying to find one that would work with Vegas. The last two purchased, I forgot to deactivate Vegas before resetting and returning the computers. Now when I trying activating Vegas on my latest purchased computer, I get error -14. I’m thinking it’s because it appears I have Vegas installed on two other computers. How can I fix this?

Re activations, please see this FAQ, section 9.

Go to your My Account on MAGIX's website and then to My Products and go to your Vegas Pro registration. There you can see your activations and de-activate one or both of them (or at least the one for the old redundant computer). Then go to your new computer and open and activate Vegas Pro there.

And please note the two options of deactivating. They are different.
