Activation prtoblem

When I tried to run DVDV Architect I got a message saying I would have to activate the product (I bought a new PC). Then I got a message saying that I had already maxed out on the devices for which DVD Architect could be activated, and that I would have to de-activate one of the devices before I could activate this one. I got another window with a login screen. However my email address has changed and I cannot remember my password, so you cannot send me a password reset link. I am stuck. I cannot de-activate a device until I login, and I can't log in. Can you help?

It seems to be still "alive" (at least somewhat sporadically). Please see advice here.
