Adding multiple text lines

Hello all.

I am the new proud user of movie studio 16. I was editing a video and wanted to add multiple text lines (names of persons) in a short scene.

It seems I can only have 1 text box per scene otherwise they overlap and only 1 of those text boxes show up on the actual video.

Is there not a way to have more text on the screen (at different places). For example person a on the top left and person b on the top right etc.

Help would be highly appreciated. I googled and youtubed it but without any luck.

I don't think that this is what Burrie-Coban had in mind, text separated by spaces and returns. He's looking for several textboxes than can be placed everywhere within a text event. To my knowledge, this is not possible without creating for each textbox a separate text event on a separate track.

You mean this with the same effect, but more difficult?

It's not about the effect to place text in corners, it's about placing text exactly at different places anywhere on the screen and not limited by spacewidth and textheight.

Yes, that's what ProType Titler offers but ProType Titler is included in Vegas Pro only, not in Movie Studio.

So only way to do this in Movie Studio is what 3Point mentioned - using multiple title events.

Not with me, VMS16 has 10 videotracks and 10 audiotracks

The basic version of Movie Studio 16 is limited to 10 video and 10 audio tracks.

The Platinum version of Movie Studio offers 200 video and 200 audio tracks.

What I want to do is include a little video clip of a squad of 10 men and highlight them with their names above their heads. This scene lasts like 3 or 4 seconds. I want to highlight the names of which person it is.
