An error has occurred?!

Hi everyone!

I'm currently using Sony Vegas Platinum 9.

My MAIN CONCERN right now is that every time I try to upload videos into sony vegas library, I get this error: "An error occurred during the current operation. An Exception has occurred."

These are all MP4 videos that I'm trying to upload! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Also, I just updated my system profile (hopefully, it's the correct information), if it helps anyway. Thanks so much!

JV,
your system specs are not showing at the moment.
Select to show them in "My Account > Forum Settings". See the line "Display system information on my forum profile page", select and Submit. You can check what we see in your system profile by clicking your user name.
