An orror while installing trial version of Vegas pro 17

My specs: GPU Radeon RX 560 saphire pulse 4GB, CPU FX8320E 3.2Ghz 16GB Ram ddr3, OS win 10 64bit

When I installed Vegas pro 17 trial, there was a window with the installation. I clicked all the stuff, it started installing. THen another window poped-up and it was another installation. Then I clicked the language, agreed, pressed next and it started installing. A few moments later, it said that there is error -2147163964 saing that some file failed to register and HRESULT -2147010895. Does anyone know how to fix this?

And when I clicked finish, the first window also closed

Well this isn't my PC and I can't do that because the admin restricted the acces, but thanks anyway I guess.

HRESULT may be related to a Windows issue involving .NET Framework as per this from Microsoft:

But a Google (or other) search re that error code or other HRESULT problems do not relate directly to Vegas Pro.
