Best upgrade deal for VEGAS Pro 22 + Dutch subtitle support?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been a longtime VEGAS user and currently own VEGAS Pro 21.
In the old Sony days, I could just hit the Upgrade button from the registered software list, but in the current MAGIX Service Center, I don’t see that option anymore.

I’m looking to upgrade to version 22 and wondering how I can get the best discount or upgrade offer as a loyal customer.

Also considering switching to the subscription version—is that the best option to access all features like the karaoke-style subtitles?

Lastly, does the subtitle tool support Dutch language detection?
Or will it auto-translate if I work with Dutch audio?
