bug of VP17: double clicking here can't input to locate cursor.

Right-click to see the options in the opening menu. And click the "fx" when you have an event on the timeline to select Vegas Timecode fx.

I doubt it's a bug. It never worked that way, at least not since VP13.

Use Ctrl+G or double-click the timecode field on the bottom of the timeline instead.
