I have a sub to Vegas pro post 365 and I cannot seem to find a way to activate Sound Forge Pro 17 and and Acid Pro 11 that are included in the download/install. I enter the Vegas Pro Post serial number but get an error code -14. "The serial number you entered is invalid or may apply to another product..."
Where should I look for the activation serial numbers?
A quote from the standard "Thank you for your order" letter from MAGIX: "please contact our customer support, specifying your order number, under: shop@magix.net".
Hi @Brian-Smith6937, a (unique) activation serial for Sound Forge should be in the same email with your Vegas activation serial. If you do not have it, contact Magix customer service as @vkmast stated.
Assuming it was purchased from Magix (Vegas).
Thanks for the help. I have had the subscription for a long time and my original email for the buy is long since gone missing. I have sent an email to the support team at Magix. Appreciate it.

I looked into this. On Ticket#2023082417003293 we are able to see you have VEGAS Pro Suite 365, with Music Studio and Audio Studio serials included. Please reply back to that ticket with your order number for VEGAS Pro POST 365. We can use that to look up your order and add on product serials.
I have sent a number from my monthly payment receipt to the service ticket.
We need the order number ending in MXC to look that up. There is one provided, but it is for a subscription to VEGAS Pro Suite.
Found it and sent via the support email. The purchase was made under an old email address of mine.
