Can't activate with Serial # and can't deactivate via portal

I've tried to deactivate the product but I see no option to do so in the my product section. Alot of the information is quite confusing. I don't have the money to buy a new product, and I really like this version as I can do alot. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I don't have any machines on which it is activated. I haven't used the software since at least 2017.

That option is not listed under my products, there is no more details option.That is the issue I am having.

That's a Sony version if the build is not later than 955. But I think the following is valid for the later MAGIX rebranded builds as well: "Older versions ... than 14.0 are licensed under a system (as previously used by Sony) which permits use on multiple computers by one user; after an unspecified number of installations on different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count"."

Why do you need it deactivated? Is it currently installed on any of your devices?
