I purchased Movie Studio Platinum 13.0 from Dell. It took me a while to find the serial numbers for Sound Forge Audio Studio 10.0, Movie Studio 13.0 Platinum and ACID Music Studio 10.0. Now that I finally have those, I'm trying to burn a DVD, but DVD Architect is also asking for a serial number, and I don't know where to find it.
Where did you find the other S/Ns? From an order confirmation email if you downloaded? Or in the package if bought the physical copy?
I found the other serial numbers on the Magix/My Account/My Products page. Those are the only products listed, and I have been unable to get Magix on the phone, or get them to answer a support request.
@Ken: The serialnumbers you found in the MAGIX Service Center are registered to your account because
a) you used the product first time after Oct 25th 2016 or reinstalled it
OR / AND
b) your former SCS account details & products already were migrated
Maybe you never used the DVD Architect serialnumber before or it was registered to another email address? You should find it in all cases with the details you got with the purchase.
