Can't Install Update - Vegas 18

Can someone help me? I've been trying to update my Vegas 18 with the new update but all it does is keep popping up with an error message of "Magix Audio Cleaning Lab Update Setup - to execute this installation you must first install Magix Audio Cleaning Lab". When I click OK everything just closes and then when I open Vegas again it goes through the same process and I can't seem to get my programme updated. Where do I download this audio cleaning lab?? I hope its not something else I have to pay for because I already paid for the Vegas 18 programme that was working absolutely fine before this update! I would expect everything to be included. I've been ignoring the update because of this problem for a while but now I want to edit a video with GoPro footage but Vegas just crashes now every time I import the gopro file so I hope maybe the update would fix this if only I could get the damn update to install!!! Help please!

Hi! Sorry about that I’m new on here and only posted in the forum because I couldn’t for the life of me find a contact for tech support.
unfortunately this post doesn’t help me because “Do you have it check marked in the Download Panel?” I don’t have this download panel or anywhere to check mark things?? So I don’t understand what this is referring to.

Do you see "SUPPORT New" at the top of this page? Click that and proceed to Ask Support, if you don't get a solution to your issue on the forum. A user-created tutorial here.

Okay update!!

So I sent my original complaint to Magix support and they finally got back to me and this is what they said

"Hello,

Thank you for your message. Please try directly installing the update through your My Products page of your online Magix account. You can download the installation manager there and then run it to update the program. 

You also can try installing the update by entering the serial on this page and installing from there https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/"

So I went onto my account and couldn't see any downloads labelled as an 'update'. All I had was 'installation program' and 'instructions'. I went ahead and clicked on installation program and I think it just basically redownloaded Vegas 18 again. It went through the whole download and setup process but now thankfully it would appear I now have the latest version of Vegas 18. After the installation I clicked the same shortcut for Vegas on my desktop and it opened no problem without the update pop up window so I'm guessing this is it fixed now!
