Since last week. It always says the server was unable to complete the registration as requested. Just tried DVDA 5.2 and it works fine. I can't complete the registration online either, same error. No chat support until Monday so I figured I'd see if it was just me having the issue.
I have Vegas 8 to 13 installed under Win 7 before upgrading to 10. All appear to work and are registered, except Vegas 8 which hangs during start up while Initializing DirectX plugins.
Strange. I'll just wait until tomorrow to chat with support. Thanks for checking for me. (it didn't work on the win 7 64-bit or Win 10 64-bit machines).

Try using the option to register from another computer. It will send you an email with the registration file. This worked for me once when I couldn't register the normal way.
Just tried that. It asks for my e-mail, I enter it, then it says I'm registering Vegas 10 Pro & shows my SN, click next (or whatever) and it takes me to the web registration page & says there is an error.
