Go to your Magix account at https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Then to My Products and find VP18. Check the two activation slots. If one isn't empty then deactivate the activation you don't need.

This may fix your problem.

I tried this with no luck. I even re-installed, but can't get the registration to come up asking for email first and then serial number. What gives?
