I have tried 5x to download the Movie Studio 14 Platinum with no success. It keeps showing an error message saying that it cannot register it. I do not have a cd-rom. I have been trying to download it from online. Any suggestions? I have windows 10

I have not. I actually purchased the full program from best buy. However, I do not have a cd-rom drive to install it.
