Help..

Movie Studio version 16 build 204

After I have imported a new project 1440x1080 @ 29.9, I edit it and "Make Movie" . mp4 at 1440x1080 with 29.97, the same as the new video was recorded, and the same output file size from the dropdown in the render window, I only get 720x540 video out in the mp4 file. this on every playback device we have, tv, phone, tablet.. I have gone to every resolution in the render option list with no changes.

What am I doing wrong? It's got to be something rather dumb...

Thanks for any help..

Lindsey

I wonder if you have your source video on the PIP track. Unfortunately I cannot tell from your screenshot. Remove the PIP FX from the track or move your source video to another track.

At least the Default Track #2 is the Picture-in-picture track.

Thank you vkmast and EricLNZ !

I had not looked at the PiP in the FX.. It seems great now.. I cannot thank you enough..

Now I'm trying to figure out how to font my speakers again.. Any Ideas?
