cannot open DVDA from Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 13 to save my life

I have a deadline to turn in a DVD off the movie I created in VMSP13. I cannot convert the files to a DVD despite applying fixes and patches all night long. My deadline is in 3.5 hours. I am beyond devastated. What gives???

No help from Tutorials "How to Make a DVD" or "How to Send a DVD Movie to DVD Architect Studio" (in Show Me How > Advanced Edit Mode > Exporting Your Project) ?
