I have been trying, for years (since Vegas Pro 14) to upgrade my software. Each time a major release is done, I try and buy it and keep getting site errors preventing me from buying it. Version 18 now will not accept either of my two Master Card debit/credit cards saying there is some unspecified error. When I check with the banks, neither show any attempt to charge the cards.

I have exhausted all other resources and have not been able to get any help.
