Changing email address

I change my email address in Magix to a new one, in vegas 15 load a video to render and comes with error 24 and can see its the old email address?

Have you tried https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/vegas/form and there on the "Please enter your request" field to get "possible answers to your questions" write error code -24 and proceed from there?

If you're getting the product startup dialog with input fields for serialnumber and email address, just enter your new email address.
