I'll pay someone $1000 to tell me there's a shortcut key to clip mute. The mute that's in right click on a clip, switches, and mute. $1000...in IOU's that is...and that's better than money.

That's the track mute. I want the one when you right click on the clip and hit switches and then mute. I know you can ALT e then w then m but that's not a very "quick"key.
Option>>Customise Keyboard : Click on GLOBAL >> search on "Mute"
this should return "Edit.Event.Mute" and then type in a Shortcut Key

Probably you use the basic version of Movie Studio. Customizing keyboard is a Platinum feature.

Where Marco as I cannot find it in VMS16 Platinum? There's a list of shortcuts but nothing on customisation.
