company firewall blocks the ip address so I can not download software. went to download at home but wants to install on my machine The machine is a clients machine and is a Dell workstation with windows 10. Vegas pro 17 Suite, soundforge pro 13 and Acid. can this be downloaded from a Server here in the united states or can we get disks

Either talk to your IT dept or use a vpn they don't control.

If you can download from another machine, look in the C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager

for the downloaded installers

I am in IT My client is General dynamics. yes the down loader installers I can get. Its where they go that is blocked. and The firewalll rule can not be changed without written approval from the Client (General Dynamics) IT security approval. the machine is inside the firewall.

Michael Unless I am missing what your trying to tell me.yes I grabbed a installer under my profile downloads folder. I click on the executable and then it goes to a site which is blocked by the firewall. I go home and download the installer executable on my personal laptop and click on the executable and it goes to a website and seams to want to install the whole package on my laptop instead of downloading the package for me to put on a thumb drive. and bring back to work have it go through our security measures and install on clients machine. am I wrong on this assumption?
