Completely FRUSTRATED with Sony

I use Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13 and I am completely unable to render a movie in AVCHD. The program freezes completely. I have sent emails to Sony technical support MANY times and have yet to receive a single reply. Does anyone know a way to resolve this issue? I REALLY need help. I used to be able to do it no problem in previous versions of Movie Studio, but not this one. If there is no way to get around this, then does anyone know possibly how to move a project along with all of the video files from one computer to another?
Please help me!

Are you still able to do similar projects on the same machine with a previous version?
You know you can have older versions simultaneously installed.

Did you try turning off GPU?

What seems to be the actual issue?

If you had done any looking on this forum, you would realize that such a general post with no actual details about our system and the specifics of the project are a waste of your time and ours. What are the details? Its either user error or an equipment issue for sure.

The people most frustrated, also tend to never list system specs in their profile.

Sony may disagree, but for beginners "Everything" is an issue . . . and could be moved along if some video-files were supplied ( in NTSC and PAL ), so they might take the first steps, knowing the source material was OK. Rendered files might be provided for comparison, as this would enable them to check their "Player" as well. A 2-min file would be very handy.

When you "don't know" I guess panic sets in. They may not even know what spec their PC is - and to some extent that shouldn't matter as OP said he's used previous versions without problems.
However, I wonder if some "change" has occurred - so his PC isn't quite the way it was . . . .
Also I though you sent Support-emails via this website . . . . it's far from clear - and that detail could be included in the Beginners' Welcome splash-screen which would then guide you through the software ( with the Option to skip:- "I used version... before, etc.
