You might try looking in the spam folder. Sometimes these emails get detected as spam.

You might also log into your account at Magix which should list your products there.

I bought in the same website and I saw the spam and don't have any e-mail from Vegas or magix there

I search on internet what does "boleto bancario" means in English and I found this term but is something like that a bank transfer
