How do I get a refund. The program crashes constantly. I get the spinning wait icon and then give up after three or four minutes and have to force quit the program. It happens several times. It's not worth the aggravation and I want my money back unless you have a miracle fix.
I'm going through the same thing...it had an error code -5, then I reinstall the program after uninstalling it. I run it again, and it won't render. I want a refund as well. Movie Studio Platinum 16 upgrade, paid near $60 bucks and it isn't worth it.
