Hello, so I have never purchased any of Vegas’s softwares before and my question is, is the displayed price what you pay monthly? Or is the whole software the provided price? I am looking to buy VEGAS movie studio 16 - so in short is it $69.99 all up, or $69.99 monthly, if so what is the total cost of the software (so I know approximately how many months I will be paying it off)

It's a one off payment that is "all up".

Thanks for the quick reply... so just to clarify I pay the $69 upfront and that’s it, nothing else? I own the software from that point on? I don’t have to pay for upgrades or anything?

You don't pay for any updates to Movie Studio 16. But upgrading to the next version e.g. Movie Studio 17 involves a payment but there is a reduced upgrade price for existing users.

As Eric says. All versions of Movie Studio are currently perpetual versions, which means that they don't require a [monthly] subscription, and once you go through the one-time purchase, you own the copy forever. Free updates are new "builds" of a version. If you upgrade to a later version, you qualify for the special upgrade pricing.
