Crash on Start, While Initializing GPU-Accelerated Video Processing

when I launch Movie Studio 15, program load plugins, afterward it tries to load GPU-Accelerated Video and crashes.

That start happening after I tried the guided project creation and I cancelled it.

Any suggestion?

Follow closely those instructions. They apply to the MS versions as well.
