I have inserted text in the past easily. I realise it has to go on a new track that it will not show up if the editing line isn't actually covering it. I know all about editing etc etc BUTon my present project I have inserted the text as usual and there it is on the special track and there is a black rectangle on the underlying video but there is no text, no sample text , no nothing. The black text container behaves as it should. I have checked the settings of the text input box i.e. colour, etc but no good. Help?
