Didn’t get product

Hey,

I ordered Vegas a few days ago, and I still haven’t gotten the product, I’ve got the email confirmation of my order, and that’s it. Do I have to wait? I assumed it would be relatively quick as the trial version shows up instantly, I can’t reach customer service at all, trying to get ahold of them has proven to be a nightmare.

If you have the trial downloaded and running, that is the program. The trial version is the same as the full version. You need to enter the code that was sent to you by Magix, probably in the confirmation email. There should also be a download link in the email.

The only email I’ve gotten was from PayPal, an order confirmation, MAGIX has completely failed to email me at all regarding the purchase.

VEGAS Support reports that there has been some difficulty over the weekend regarding support and serial number distribution. Please see here. And see if this helps if you don't receive the serial number(s) soon.
