Dolby 5.1rendering

Vegas Pro 18, recently bought: AC3 rendering simply does not work. An error message says that a module must be downloaded, but it is impossible to do it (other fake errors indicate either I have no internet, which I have, or some vague BS operational error). You sold me an non-operational software. There were no problems with any of my previous versions. Sine I am a mostly Blu-ray discs producer, that feature is essential. Please fix it or I will return the product as defective. Thank you. Michael Pana

Your grievence must be put to Magix directly.
