Did you follow the link provided by the purchase confirmation email? Also, if using Chrome, try using another browser because some on the forum have reported download failures with Chrome.

Unfortunately, I have this issue as well. I have followed the link in the email across three browsers (Chrome, FireFox and Edge) no luck, same error.

I had the same problem exactly a year ago. Magix technical support could not determine the cause of the problem. I found the solution on my own. The problem was related to Microsoft. Perhaps now a repeat of the situation. More details can be found at the link below:

P.S Downloading Sound Forge didn't work either.
