Thanks, I was using opera and Chrome, both errored.
I had the same problem exactly a year ago. Magix technical support could not determine the cause of the problem. I found the solution on my own. The problem was related to Microsoft. Perhaps now a repeat of the situation. More details can be found at the link below:
