Where can I download DVD Architect? Seems that it's not available in Magix Service Center anymore.

Which version? If you have the serial number, try https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/
Note that VEGAS DVD Architect (a.k.a. DVD A 7) has been discontinued and MAGIX does not sell it any more.
You may find DVD Architect(s) through some reliable online merchants.

Its not available anymore when I plugged in my serial number.

@Grace-Almazan I just tested (twice) the link I gave and downloaded successfully the .exe.
If Chrome does not download even without the workaround of copying the link text and pasting it to the browser, try another browser. Check also for possible typos in the entered s/n.

The direct links there should work too. So does downloading from your MAGIX Account > My products. Good that you found a way.

That probably means that it was not included in your purchase of the 365 subscription version any more. Did you check that you did not receive any separate serial number for the DVD A? Or did you see any other options in the dropdown menu of the Recognized Products box? VEGAS DVD A was discontinued early August 2020. You might try and confirm/check by asking at shop@magix.net or infoservice@magix.net
