From (VEGAS) DVD Architect (7) online Help:

"You can add multiple audio tracks to videos" and "You can add up to 32 subtitle tracks for each title (16 tracks for widescreen assets)"

The free time-limited trial is here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/dvd-architect/. "Try before you buy" applies here as well.

Note that the purchase of Movie Studio Platinum (VEGAS Pro as well) includes the same DVD Architect that is listed in Add-Ons in the product pages. (VEGAS Pro Edit does not.)

You should also mention the DVD Architect subtitle bug and that Magix has no intention to fix it due to unknown reasons for several years now: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/dvd-architect-subtitle-stays-on-screen--111244/
