DVD Architect 7.0 build 67 not reliable

I am a DVDA user since many years (version 5). With version 14 I got DVDA 7 and I work with build 67. I am making DVDs and Blu-rays with as many as about 20 different short videos I have made with Movie Studio 14. I find that working with version 7 requires a lot of patience I bump into the following errors:

- Stack underflow errors while creating either a DVD or a Blu-ray

- Background picture/images (JPG) disappearing during preview sometimes reappearing but then disappearing again on a burned DVD or Blu-ray (reloading does not help, not different settings. reloading and resetting does not help.

- Sometimes when reloading a project helps, background images show up again but not for long.

- Memory overflows DVDA simply stops with the message

I have 16mb RAM, and SSD disk and some patience, and I love the flexibility DVDA gives me to set the videos in a menu as I like it, and maybe I do something wrong, although I have followed the help instructions.

Is it me or are there more of you that have similar problems.

Why give any customers an update if it doesn't do anything?

Updated for reasons mentioned in the comment. It was not actively publicised to the customers. You noted yourself that there's no #84 for Steam users.
