DVD Architect in Vegas pro 17

Former user wrote on 8/5/2019, 10:27 PM

I have installed Vegas Pro 17 trial and during installation of DVD Architect it said DVD Architect already installed. Can anyone tell me if Vegas Pro 17 comes with a new version of Architect or same as 15 and 16.

If same, may as well just upgrade to the Edit version of Vegas 17.

To my knowledge DVDA7 Build 100 is the latest and we would have heard on this forum if anything later was released.

At the moment it's still DVD A 7 (latest build 100) that comes with Vegas Pro 17.

Thank you both for the reply, will look at upgrading to Edit version instead then.

I upgraded from 15 Pro to the 16+17 offer Edit version. (Fed up with plugins that dont carry forward). I was able to update the DVDA I already have to build 100 no problems. Just tested a 5.1 BluRay created in VP17 Edit with AC3 Studio and that works. Previousy you had to use AC3 Pro and Magix Vegas didnt have it.
