Dvd Architect not included in Movie Studio 17

Hello, I'm very confused. I recently bought Movie Studio 17 Platinum at Best Buy with the thought that it would include DVD architect. It says on the back that platinum version included "DVD and Blu-ray Disc authoring with VEGAS DVD architect". Once I got to the instillation wizard I realized that DVD architect was nowhere to be found. Even in the manual it shows it being there. I really have no idea how to fix this so if anyone can reply that would be great.

@TinTin Basically the situation with VEGAS DVD Architect has been for more than a year like this comment says.

A bit surprised though that if you bought and "old stock" disc version that it was not included. Maybe only the packaging was old, but the installation disc was updated?

If so then perhaps the disc, if that is what Tin Tin has, only contains the Download Manager?
