DVD Architect Studio 5

Should I not have gotten DVD Architect Studio 5 when I upgraded to Vegas Movie Studio? I got a notice telling me it was a 'free upgrade' recently when I started Movie Studio but I don't have the serial key to open it up with. When I checked my products listed, it showed that I have Vegas Movie Studio 11 but only DVD Architect Studio 4.5. Why is that?

Did you upgrade to Vegas Movie Studio HD 11 or Vegas Movie Studio HD 11 Platinum?
VMS HD 11 does not include DVD Architect Studio 5, but if you got the Platinum version you should have gotten it. See Product comparisons on the SCS site.
You should contact Customer Service, if you have the Platinum only. Did you check your confirmation e-mail?
Did you have the DVD A Studio 4.5 before you upgraded? You didn't get the 4.5 with your upgrade?

I have Vegas Movie HD Studio Platinum 11.0 build 295. I had upgraded from version 9. I cannot find my conformation email but did find my listing as to what I'm qualified for and it just listed 4.5 but it does show that I have the aforementioned.

It also shows my order history and I ordered 11.0 on Sep. 29 2011. It gives me a link under that where I can download 11.0 and DVD Architect 5.0 Build 157 but I can't get the serial number for it. I did contact or attempted to contact support a day before (as I'm not even sure if I was qualified to get it through my 11.0 purchase) but got a letter back yesterday telling me it would be a bit as they're so busy.

I know I should have taken care of this a while back but...I have been so busy all winter long and just now am getting the time to do some editing..

THANKS for your reply!

Oh..and, what's really ironic is that I'm really diligent to back up those conformation letters! Save 'em to my HD, save them to another HD, save them to another remote E-mail address and then put them in on a CD and yet.....of all the software I own (and it's getting to be a bunch) I don't have the one that I really needed

If you click on the My Account link at the top of this page then My Software and log in, you'll see all the SCS software that you've registered.

Or click this link:

https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/myaccount/mysoftware

If you've registered your DVD Architect Studio software, you'll see it there.

EDIT: I see in your previous post that you found the My Software page.

Thanks guys. I think two things happened. First, I didn't realize that the DVD A Studio 5 was out and included with my upgrade till I got that notice and two, it was in a file in my documents. I'm so used to having a company email me serial numbers that it threw me off track. Either way, I have found the software on my PC, installed it and sucessfully entered my Serial Number. As I said, I purchased it and have been so busy ever since I really haven't had much time to do any editing till now.

Thanks for your replies, I appreciated it! problem solved
