Did you get the order confirmation email? It should have the SN's under "Your Downloadable Software".

See towards the end of the article, as it is likely you never registered the software.

You could try using the Customer Support Contact Form and ask for a copy of the original email. Worked for me once but try to find your order No. for that. It should be in My Account / My Orders / View Order.

I wanted to email tech support but my Sony login, the one that gets me to my account info and software registration, is not accepted. Is there a different account necessary for email support?
What I wanted to tell them is since my Vegas 12Pro is registered that DVDA 5.2 even though it's not listed, that it would prove that I own it.
I wanted to avoid looking through credit card receipts.
