Error -14 on Vegas Pro 16 Register

Hello I recently changed PCs and need my video software back of course, I am working with Vegas Pro 16 and have the serial number and installer on my MAGIX account, however although I have activated this in the past, it is now giving me an -14 error code saying it either is the wrong code or the wrong product. I need help ASAP.

Try and deactivate the activation(s) on your MAGIX Account > My products > VEGAS Pro 16 > Show more details. Then try again.

When I go there it says "This space has not yet been used for product activation." for both slots available.

If none of the links mentioned in this thread help, do your own forum Search (Find) "error code -14" or Ask VEGAS Support. Advice here.

Error 14 occurs when a serial for a different product is entered.  For instance if you enter the Sound Forge serial to activate VEGAS you will receive error 14.
