As Sound Forge Pro is not a VEGAS product, you will need to lodge your post on AMGIX's Sound Forge forum at https://www.magix.info/us/audio-forum/sound-forge-pc+sound-forge-mac/

Notwithstanding, your will likely need to lodge a support ticket on MAGIX's support page via MAGIX's forum or via your MAGIX My Account.

I can NOT register sound forge 15 that I bought directly from Magix I have put in many times the correct serial number but it still says error 24

I also had problems with "error code -14". Got a new serial number from Magix support.
