I had MS 17 Platinum installed on my NEW Windows 10 pc. Something went wrong and I uninstalled the program. When I go to reinstall the program, I keep getting error 2147163964. I've searched the website for solutions and have tried them all. Nothing is working. Strangely, I have the same program on an identical computer and it runs fine. What can I do?
