Error 24

I just recently got vegas pro 16 but because I didn't have an account, to begin with, I tried to use the email that I used to buy it with but it said that that email was already taken so I used my second email thinking it wouldn't be a problem but when I wanted to test it out by importing a video it gave me the error code 24. Was this because I used my second email instead of the one I used to buy the program? Is there any way I can fix this? I am very new to Vegas so I'm not sure if this is something common or not. I would suggest contacting the support team. We have seen some other issues with mixed up email addresses in the past. The support team should be able to provide steps for getting your system working properly again.
