I just recently got vegas pro 16 but because I didn't have an account, to begin with, I tried to use the email that I used to buy it with but it said that that email was already taken so I used my second email thinking it wouldn't be a problem but when I wanted to test it out by importing a video it gave me the error code 24. Was this because I used my second email instead of the one I used to buy the program? Is there any way I can fix this? I am very new to Vegas so I'm not sure if this is something common or not.
