Hello! I require either a refund for a purchased movie studio platinum 16 or have this error fixed. I have no time to google among tons of websites and no-working solutions. I need my software to work!
After it was purchased, downloaded and installed I was able to activate it. Lately I had to reinstall windows. I did that and tried to install MS 16 again. After I'm unable to activate it. I use the same email address. I have an email saved from magix will all info: serial numbers. order number etc. So there can't be typos etc.

I never can access the support page. It says I have cookies deactivated. I use Chrome. Cookies are activated. Third-party cookies ain't blocked. Nothing is in the list of blocked/restricted websites. I double checked them again. All is the same.
