Error -24 and no way to contact support

I purchased this product and, with no change in information, haven't been able to register and use my software. Imagine my surprise when I go to get technical support for error -24 and there is no way to contact support. What kind of crap is this? I just want to use my software, not get some sort of runaround because the company wants to save a few bucks on personnel.
