I try signing into Vegas Pro 18 with my serial number and email, but it keeps saying error -24.
I don't know what email I used to register with, and I have been having a tough time actually getting help to find what email I used to register with.
I already checked the emails I have, to see if they have been registered but I still keep getting the error.

All I simply ask is for help to find the original email I used to register with and if I can change it to the current one I use.
