Error 24 serial number previously used

I purchased movies studio 17 suite from magic.com. I try to register the software and get the aforementioned Errors. I've read all the posts and answers and I still am getting nowhere. Please help. Thanks – Chuck

As you've already read all the related comments, including this advice from VEGAS Support, why not try and ask at Online Live Chat, advice here section 6. Looks like it's available at the moment.
