Error code -11 and -15

Keep getting either Error Code -11 or Error Code -15 when trying to download VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum. Says I have to accept cookies to activate and register...which I have. Tried deleting and downloading the program...twice. It keeps telling me to refer to Magix support. Can anyone help?

Nothing much on the forum about those error codes. Have you tried to download using a different browser?
