Error Code -24

I'm having issues with your product namely the Vegas Pro 15.0 which i bought from a Humble Bundle a few years ago. I'm trying to install it and I keep getting error -24. I have not tried to install this product before. I tried to navigate your support site and i got nowhere except a page about error -24 telling me to contact your support but no support form is available for me to submit my issue.

I need help, I purchased this product and want to use it.

Same issue, just installed Movie Studio Platinum, 1st PC works fine, but get the error 24 code when applying the correct email and serial to install my my 2nd PC

You should be able to submit eventually. See https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/article/how-to-create-a-support-ticket--1513/. Unfortunately the screengrabs there are for Magix product lines, but you should see VEGAS products as you proceed.

As vkmast stated, you will need to contact support to resolve this. The serial number has been registered already. They can help figure out what has happened.
