I have a properly registered product, Pro Edit 17. When I try to import an mp4, I get the Error Code 24 message telling me my product is registered to another email address. I have searched for solutions on the website for this issue but none are forthcoming. I emailed the sales dept (because there is no email for tech support or phone #) and am awaiting a response.
I purchased the product legitimately, have it registered properly, and it should work.
