I think that the problem here is not in the language.  the program does not like something when creating the file ..... veg.bak.sfap0.  As far as I understand, this is something related to sound.  but I could be wrong.

If you do a forum search re veg.bak.sfap0 there are only a few hits - https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum-search/?query=veg.bak.sfap0 , the earliest going back to 2009.

You might need to lodge a support request via https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/interview/

You added a veg.bak (project backup file) to your project as media? Was that a mistake? Maybe just move the bak somewhere else and try loading the project again.

Sure does, but is that program from the MAGIX site? As you know, many cracked versions are distributed thereabouts.
