Are you sure you're using Titler Pro 7?

I'm using Titler Pro 6 (which I'm sure is the latest version) with MSP16 and I'm having no trouble.

The OP is referring to NewBlue Titler Pro 7 Express, which comes with Movie Studio 16 Suite. It's a restricted version of NB Titler Pro.

Does his computer meet the recommended System requirements?

I think so. It's what I see in "Movie studio" Attached screenshot

Did you check the Requirements (press the link) and compare them with the specifications of your computer?

I have the exact same problem!

I can't even log into NewBlueFX's support forum. You end up on an error page.

@Ricardo-Bueno, try downgrade your AMD driver to 18.11.2 and do clean install.

Hope this solve your issue.

Sry if this doesn't help, I am looking for a solution with tp7/msp16 myself atm... - might revert to the older amd driver to see if it helps as stated above

Just wanted to chime in and state that the support that I have received from NewBlue has always been phenomenal.

Any solution for this yet?

Any suggestions for a better software package for titles?
